Make it Simple--Halloween Garland Tutorial

Start with a Pattern...

One pattern, so many projects!  Monster Mash-Up has instructions and patterns to make 7 Monster Spoolkeep pincushions, (wait--does that make them Spook-keeps?), plus 3 garlands, a felt star ornament AND mini felt pumpkins--all in one pattern.

All together, it's a Monster Mash!  (bet you hear the music in your head now.)

As usual we have kits for the projects (during the season), plus we have the spooky heads and striped felt available separately so you can add items from your own stash. AND we've just restocked all the pre-made wool pumpkins so you can display your collection of Halloween and Autumn Just Pins.  There's no sewing at all with that option!  All the bits and pieces, plus the kits are shown with this link to the Mash Shop.  My favorite garlands have the little striped pennants--see HALLOWEEN at the very top of the photo?  There's a kit for that and you use the same technique for knotting the felt balls as shown in the video tutorial below.
